simple LOW CARB INSTANT POT RECIPES | INSTANT POT KETO BBQ PULLED PORK WITH KETO COLESLAW

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
This is an simple low carb instant pot recipe! Instant pot keto bbq pulled pork! You can make this in the slow cooker as well if you have all day! Bring summer back to your winter by have the yummy taste of bbq inside!
4 LBS pork shoulder (butt)
1 package thick bacon
2 tablespoon salt
2 tsp garlic
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 dash cayenne pepper
Rub pork with the rub, wrap in bacon. put instant pot on saute (high) and sear each side, one at a time. put 1/2 water in bottom of pot and put the pork in the pot. Turn the pot off and on again. Set to manual at 90 min. Seal steam vent. Once done, let it naturally release the steam for about 20 min. Shred with two forks and put on baking sheet and (add sugarfree bbq sauce if desired) broil in oven for five min.
1 package coleslaw
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sweetener, I use monk fruit
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
A pinch or dash of cayenne pepper for heat, to taste
Mix the sauce together and blend with coleslaw.
