simple POT ROAST Recipe | Pot Roast and Gravy | Simply Mamá Cooks

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Today I am cooking at home and making the best tender juicy pot roast simple. This is a riff off of my Tia’s recipe and it’s simple to make.

Welcome to Simply Mamá Cooks YouTube Channel! I am a Mom to a blended Korean / Mexican American family that loves to share what I cook in my home. I am still learning and enjoy the process of making home-cooked food.
