You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Looking for a way to dress up that cup o’ noodles, ramen, mac n’ cheese or other “instant pots” you have sitting in the pantry?! Well look no further! On this episode of The Wicked Kitchen, Chef Derek Sarno will show you a couple of fast hacks to pimp those pots! Check him out as he takes two ordinary baked potatoes and transforms them into LOADED baked potatoes using one of the new Wicked Kitchen instant pots. He also uses some smokey mac and cheese and adds a protein boost with seared tofu and spring greens! Raid your pantry and make dinner a SNAP!
