SLOW COOKER MEXICAN SHREDDED CHICKEN ⦊ 3 ingredients!



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


This Mexican shredded chicken is made in the slow cooker, Crockpot, or Instant Pot with only 3 ingredients, and it’s perfect in tacos, burritos, quesadillas, on bowls, or salads.

I’ve been making this recipe for almost 10 years and never acquire tired of it! The chicken is super tender and flavorful, and it couldn’t be easier.
