Smoked Brisket Quesadilla on the Griddle



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


This brisket quesadilla on the griddle is loaded with barbecue flavor and cheesy goodness. Made with leftover smoked barbecue brisket, pepper jack cheese, red onions, and a few other simple barbecue ingredients, this griddle quesadilla will be your new favorite thing to make with your leftover barbecue meats!

No brisket, no problem! You can still make this simple barbecue quesadilla recipe on the griddle or flat top grill with pulled pork or even rotisserie chicken. Everything else stays the same, you’re just swapping out the meat for what you have leftover in your fridge.

This smoked brisket quesadilla is definitely going on my list of recipes to make again on the Blackstone, Camp Chef, or Pit Boss! Enjoy!
