Spanish Rice (Mexican Rice) Using a Rice Cooker (Fat Free, Vegan, Oil Free) | One Minute Recipes

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This fast recipe shows you how to make Spanish rice / Mexican rice in a rice cooker. While there are many recipes online, this one differs because it is oil-free, cholesterol-free, and fat free (The only fat is that naturally occurring in the ingredients.), vegetarian, and completely vegan.
