Preparation
Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. put in 20 shallots and saute till they lose their pinkish color. put in 25 g of ginger and 25 g of garlic and saute well. put in the pieces of a tomato and saute well. Add 100 g of Split Chickpea and saute well. Add a quarter spoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix well. Add 300 ml of water and mix and let the mixture cook for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker .Take 6 slices of bread Mix two spoons of tomato sauce with the cooked split chickpea . Then apply the mixture of the cooked chickpea mixture onto the bread . Cover it with another bread cut. Heat a pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. spread the oil evenly in the pan and let it become hot. put the sandwiches in the pan and fry for 55 seconds on each side before turning to the other side. do this for a total of three minutes or till the sandwich turns golden brown. Take off the pan and serve
