Aloo Sandwich
Ingredients

To make Spicy Aloo Masala

Oil- 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Onion – 2 Nos chopped
A Piece Of Ginger chopped
Green Chilli – 3 Nos chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
Boiled Potato – 5 Nos
Cooked Peas – 1/2 Cup
chopped Coriander Leaves
Juice Of 1 Lemon

To make Spicy Aloo Sandwich

Bread
Mint Coriander Chutney
Tomato Ketchup
Cheese cut
Aloo Masala
Grated Cheese
Butter

Method

For the Aloo Masala

1. Add oil to a pan and roast cumin seeds in it.
2. To this, add onion, ginger, green chilies and saute until the onions turn transparent.
3. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder and mix everything.
4. Saute this mixture for 1 minute and then add boiled, peeled and roughly cut potatoes.
5. Mix everything once and then mash the potatoes roughly.
6. To the mashed mixture, add cooked green peas, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
7. Give it all a fast mix. Turn off the stove and cool the mixture completely.
8. Aloo masala is ready so keep it aside.

For Spicy Aloo Sandwich

1. Take 2 slices of sandwich bread and on one side of one bread cut, spread some mint coriander chutney and tomato ketchup onto the other cut.
2. On the cut with mint chutney, put a cheese cut.
3. Over it, put the aloo masala and gently spread all across the bread cut.
4. Now, generously grate some cheese on top of aloo masala and close it with the other bread cut which has tomato ketchup on inner side.
5. Gently press the sandwich to secure it.
6. Spread some butter on a sandwich grill and put the prepare raw sandwich on it.
7. Smear some butter on the top most layer of bread and flip it to the bottom to make sure the bread is toasted evenly on both sides.
8. Keep the flame on medium and grill the sandwich on both sides.
9. That’s it. Spicy Aloo Sandwich is ready to be served.
10. cut it diagonally or half and serve hot with some fries by the side.

Pasta With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients

Pasta – 1 Cup
Butter – 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
chopped Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 1 No. chopped
Green Capsicum
Red Capsicum
Cooked Corn Kernels – 1 Cup
Tomato Puree
White Sauce
Homemade Tomato Ketchup – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tsp
Oregano – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Basil Leaves

To make White Sauce
Butter – 20 Gms
Maida – 1 Tbsp
Boiled Milk – 1 Cup
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper
Cheese cut – 2 Nos

Method:
To make Tomato puree
1. Blanch tomatoes, peel the skin, blend it to a puree.
2. To cook the pasta, boil water and add the pasta shells.

To cook pasta
3. Cook it until it is 3/4th done. Strain and keep it aside.

To make white sauce
4. To a wide pan, add butter and maida.
5. Cook the maida until it changes color.
6. Now add boiled milk and whisk it.
7. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook until it thickens.
8. Now add chesse slices and cook until the cheese melts.

To make the Pasta.
9. To a wide pan, add add and olive oil
10. To this add, garlic, onion, green capsicum, red capsicum, cooked corn kernels. Saute them.
11. Add the tomato puree.
12. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Oregano, tomato ketchup.
13. Cook for 2-3 mins.
14. Now add the white sauce and mix well.
15. Now add the cooked past, basil leaves.
16 Serve it with some grated cheese on top.

Gobi Manchurian
Ingredients

To make Gobi Fry
Cauliflower
Salt – 1 Tsp
Pepper – 1 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Corn Flour – 5 Tbsp
Maida – 2 Tbsp
Sprinkle Water
Oil For Deep Frying

To make Manchurian
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Garlic Finely chopped
Ginger Finely chopped
Onion – 1 No.
Capsicum – 1 No.
Soy Sauce – 2 Tsp
Chilli Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Water – 1 1/2 Cups
Corn Flour Slurry
Gobi Fry
Spring Onion
Red Chilli

Chili Garlic Noodles
Ingredients

Hakka Noodles – 300 Gms
Sesame Oil – 2 Tbsp
Garlic
Onion – 1 no. (thinly sliced)
Green Chili – 1 no. (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 no. (cut into julienne)
Cabbage – 1 bowl (shredded)
Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/2 no. (thinly sliced)
Red Bell Pepper – 1/2 no. (thinly sliced)
Green Capsicum – 1/2 no. (thinly sliced)
Spring Onion Whites
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
Green Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Spring Onion Greens
Water
Salt
