4 big Eggs
4 Cooked Bacon Strips
1.5 Cups Favorite Cheese
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Salt
Add 1 cup of water in the bottom of pressure cooker, followed by the trivet.
Add eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, cream, and salt to the blender and blend until smooth
Pour mixture into egg molds or a ramkins.
Add small 1″ strips of bacon to mixture in molds or ramkins.
put gently into pressure cooker and secure lid.
Select “steam” and set to 8 minutes
Natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove from pressure cooker and let cool down for a few minutes
Left overs should last for one week in fridge.
