This caldo is seriously the easiest, full of flavor and vitamins ☺️🫶🏽 ❣️growing up we had caldo all year around, even in 115 degree weather this caldo is sooo excellent that it’s perfect to enjoy all year round!

Tip!!! If you cut you vegetables smaller, make sure you add them a little after I did so they don’t fall apart

I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
After removing the scum(impurities from meat) reduce heat to medium/low this is very important so you don’t overcook the vegetables

2 lbs beef ribs
2 lbs beef shank
2 lbs beef roast
1 onion
1 garlic head
5- 5 1/2 qt of water
Salt I used 4 1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp beef bouillon(optional)
1 tbsp tomato bouillon
**add all of your favorite vegetables**
4-5 corn
4-5 golden potatoes
5-6 carrots or 1 lb baby carrots
1/2 lb green beans
2 chayotes
2 Mexican squash
Bunch of cilantro
1 cabbage head
1 serving of love 💕
