You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

If you love making hearty meals in your INSTANT POT, then look no further than this incredible BEEF CALDERETA / KALDERETA. I love making this SUPER simple Filipino style beef stew and serving it over some fresh rice.

The key to this magical caldereta is MAMA SITA’S CALDERETA MIX! It’s seriously incredible and I love how it doesn’t contain liver paste.

Did I mention this recipe is completely GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE?! This is one delicious dish you can feel great about eating. AND they also make wonderful leftovers too 🙂
