The BEST Instant Pot Fall Soups! Dump and Go Recipes – Perfect for Beginners

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

We all know that eating soup in the fall is a must! But, making the soup in the Instant Pot just makes everything SO MUCH EASIER! If are tight on time, then you must acquire an Instant Pot. It’s the best thing I ever did!

These 4 Instant Pot Soups so simple, you can just throw everything in the pot, close it and you are excellent to go! (I call it the dump and go recipes).

The 4 recipes I’m sharing with you today are:

1. Instant Pot Chicken and Potato Soup

2. simple Instant Pot Seven Can Tortilla Soup

3. Disneyland Instant Pot Enchilada Soup

4. Instant Pot Stew

A few tips and tricks:

The Taco Soup, Chicken and Potato Soup and the Stew can be made into a freezer meal very easily! Just just have to dump all the ingredients into a freezer zip lock bag and freeze it!

The night before you are ready to cook it, put it in your fridge so it will thaw.

Tip for doing freezer meals: use a plastic water pitcher from the dollar tree! Especially if you want it to freeze more of a round shape to fit it back into your Instant Pot when frozen.

Because these are dump and go recipes, you can throw everything in and walk away. Dump and Go’s are PERFECT for busy nights.
