The Best Keto BBQ Rub I've Ever Made – Low Carb – Sugar Free



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Okay, it’s the only keto BBQ rub I’ve ever made, but it seems that everyone puts the word “best” in their titles. This is a great barbecue rub, and unlike many recipes out on the web, it’s sugar free.

WARNING: do not use allulose as a sweetener in this rub. Allulose has a very low browning/caramelization point (below any temp you’d typically smoke at).

It’s a very straightforward recipe, so long as you make sure to mix one ingredient at a time. The original (non-keto) recipe was created by Jeff Phillips at smoking-meat.com.
