You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

RALPH’S MEATBALLS
3 lbs Ground beef 80/20 and pork
1 Italian roll (soak in water, drain, break apart with hands)
Salt/pepper
1 C Pecorino Romano Cheese
1/2 C Parsley
2 TBL Garlic/approx 5 cloves chopped and sautéed/caramelized. Sauté/sweat in olive oil until golden brown
Eggs (1 egg per lb of meat)
Fry meatballs in vegetable oil (NOTE: I baked mine at 400 degrees for approximately 1 hour, or until brown)
RALPH’S MARINARA SAUCE
1 Spanish onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
84 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup basil, chopped
1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Saute onions and garlic with olive oil. Add tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
(NOTE: I cooked meatballs and sauce in slow cooker overnight = incredible)
