You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
This butter mochi recipe is INCREDIBLE. I’ve had local Hawaiian butter mochi, and I can’t believe I was able to make a delicious UBE BUTTER MOCHI version at home!
Other ube butter mochi recipes just use ube extract, which still makes for a delicious butter mochi. I decided to add ube jam, aka ube halaya inside the ube butter mochi to level up my mochi game!
How to make ube butter mochi is simple. How to keep yourself from eating all of it…that’s a whole ‘nother beast.
Thank you to @stella.ily for this recipe request!! Let me know what other ube recipes you would love to see on this channel 🙂
