You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

It can be tough to have home cooked meals on hand every night. But, these Whole30 Instant Pot recipes are perfect for an simple lunch or dinner.

These recipes are all gluten-free, dairy-free, and made without beans or any sugar. Most of these recipes can be doubled if you are cooking for a big family or you want a lot of leftovers.

I made chili, chicken and vegetables, and wild-caught salmon and veggies. Whether you’re doing a Whole30 or you just want some simple real food meals, then I hope you love these simple recipes!

simple Whole30 Instant Pot Beef Chili recipe
I don’t have an official recipe for this chili. I just chopped up some carrots and celery. I sautéed some chopped shallots and two pounds of grass-fed ground beef in some avocado oil. Then, I added the celery, carrots, 1 cup of low-sodium vegetable broth, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, and cooked it all on high pressure for 8 minutes. You can serve the chili with chopped green onions, if you love.
