Thukpa – Tibetan Noodle Soup Recipe | simple Instant Pot Noodle Soup | Pothead 101
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Add 2 tbsp oil
Add chopped Garlic (4 cloves)
Add chopped Ginger (1 TBSP)
Add 2 sliced green chili (Optional)
Add sliced Onion (1 small size)
Add 1 cup boneless Chicken (Thinly sliced)
Stir it
Add red bell pepper ½ cup
Add sliced carrot 1 cup
Add shredded cabbage 1 cup
Add salt as per your taste
Add garam masala 1 tsp
Add Soya Milk 2 TBSP
Add red chili powder ½ tsp(optional)
Add chopped tomato 1 medium size
Add noodles 2 cups
Add 4 cups water
Close the lid
Press the pressure cook button and set time manually for 1 minute
fast release the pressure after 10 minutes of natural release
Let’s take a look
Add chopped scallion and cilantro
