Under 15g carbs!! Best gluten free and low sugar dessert! Have a pavlova and loose weight!

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This is my own version of the pavlova. This dessert is really delicious and will not have too much sugar for those of us who are trying to eat less of the sweet stuff!👏

👉 INGREDIENTS FOR *4 PAVLOVAS MERINGUES (See below for ingredients in French and Spanish):
– 6 egg whites
– 4 Greek yogurt type Oikos
– 150g strawberries
– 400g of blueberries and/or raspberries
– 2 tbsp sugar

* Egg whites zero carbs
* 2 tbsp sugar equals to 20g carbs (1 tbsp of sugar equals to 10g carbs).
* 150g strawberries equals to 5g carbs (75g strawberries equals to 10g carbs)
* 400g blueberries/raspberries equals to 13g carbs (each 300g of fruit equals to 10g carbs)
* Yogurt Oikos is 5g for each

👉 Pavlova for one person could be calculated as follows:
– 1 meringue 5g carbs
– 100g raspberries/blueberries 3,3g carbs
– 1 Greek yogurt 5g carbs
– 150g of strawberry sauce (150g is 5g carbs between 4 people= 1,2g carbs) 1,2g carbs

FOR ONE PERSON, A TOTAL DESSERT OF 14,5g carbs (or 1,45R)

– 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre

– 6 claras de huevo
– 4 yogures griegos tipo Oikos
– 150g de fresas
– 400g de arándanos y/o frambuesas
– 2 cucharadas de azúcar
