Vegan Beef Stew in the Instant Pot
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
This is a hearty recipe for “non-beef” stew. Filled with nutritious veggies and lots of flavor!! All made in the Instant Pot
Ingredients –
1 medium head of broccoli
1/2 head of cauliflower
3 carrots
2 stalks of celery
10 brussel sprouts ( approx. )
1 handful of green beans
2 peeled russet potatoes
1 wedge of purple cabbage
1/2 white onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp “better than boullon” NO BEEF broth base
1 bag Gardein “Beefless Tips”
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
