But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Vegan spinach and tofu ricotta cannelloni !
A creamy spinach and tofu ricotta filling , encased in pasta tubes , smothered in rich tomato sauce , sprinkled with cheese and baked to perfection 😋

Cannelloni was one of my favourite pre vegan and its something which I have tried to veganize .
It may take a littel patience but it’s totally worth it !

Recipe on koko & mom for this delightful meal serve up with simple white and red sauces is perfect for weeknight meals .
This recipe makes 4-6 servings and freezes really well too ,simple portion up and then heat straight from from frozen on a busy night.
