Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Veggie Sipping Broth is a great alternative to Bone broth and is Low in calories, rich in nutrients and simple to make. I added several spices,veggies to make this delicious. This makes wonderful beverage on a cold rainy day, days when you have cold/cough and throat problems – gives you healing touch 🙂
