Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

In a greased crockpot put your chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper,onion powder, and garlic powder. In a bowl or measuring cup mix up 1/2 cup water 2 packets chicken gravy seasoning packs and 1 can of cream of chicken and herb soup. Pour over chicken and put lid on crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken and add in a cooked steam-able bag of mixed vegetables that has mixed with butter,salt and pepper. Stir in the veggies to the chicken and gravy mixture. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a greased 9×13 baking dish pour the chicken, gravy, and vegetable mixture. Over the top put a container of crescent dough. Bake for about 14 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Taco Stuffed Peppers
cut your peppers in half and deseed them. put in boiling water for 8 minutes.
In a pan brown up your ground beef and half a chopped onion. Add in some taco seasoning and about a tbsp of water. Mix together. Add in a cup of cooked white rice, about a half a cup salsa, half a can blacked beans, 1/2 pack of cooked steam-able corn, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix together. When the peppers are cooked set them in a greased 9×13 pan. Then stuff them with the rice and meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Pecan White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Toasted about 1/2 cup pecans on a sheet pan at 375 degrees for 3-4 minutes. In a bowl cream together 2 sticks of butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup white sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla. Then add in 2 eggs 1 at a time. Then add in 1/2 tsp salt, 2 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp baking soda. Mix together. Then add in the toasted pecans and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. Mix together. On a parchment paper lined sheet pan put balls of the cookie dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 11-13 minutes. They will be golden around the edges and lighter in the middle. When the cool the center will become darker. Let cool. Serve and enjoy.
