Whole 30 Day 22 | The Best Whole 30 Recipe I've made

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This is the best whole30 recipe I’ve made to date. It is so full of flavor and so simple to make. My favorite recipes are the ones that are simple to make and taste incredible.

Ingredients:

2 pounds pork butt
1 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
green onions for garnish
1/2 lime juice once it’s served (optional)

We will be using a crockpot to make the pulled pork. I love crockpots because it takes minimal effort to cook and because the food cooks slowly it allows for the development of a lot of flavors.

Directions: To make this Whole30 pulled pork, combine all seasoning ingredients together, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cinnamon. Once seasoning is mixed, rub down your pork butt and coat it evenly.

When the pork is evenly coated acquire your crockpot ready. chop onions and mince garlic and put at the bottom of the crockpot. put pulled pork on top of the onions, cover with lid and cook for 8.5 hours on low temperature.

This was so excellent I wish I made more. The amount was enough to feed 2 people but we didn’t have left overs. Having Pulled Pork left over would have been great to have at breakfast with eggs. I didn’t serve it with anything because the moment I tried it, I loved it and served myself a bowl right away. Very delicious.
